Motivational and Interactive session by Mr. AJEESH THOMAS, Senior Accessibility Test Engineer, IBM
Sree Buddha College of Engg, Pathanamthitta has organized an interactive session with a prominent personality Mr. Ajeesh Thomas (Senior Accessibility Test Engineer) in association with ENIGMA(Computer Science Association) 1st October 2018
The session proved to be the meeting ground for the UG/PG students and faculty members to exchange experience, knowledge, queries and insights. It was an effective platform for all the concerned stakeholders to introspect about his experience in IBM. He went blind when he was working in a firm. But he never gave up in his life even after he lost his sight. He tried hard to be successful in his life and he succeeded. He asked students to follow their dreams. If you want to be successful, follow your dreams without giving excuses. He lost his eye sight when he was not stable in his life. Many companies rejected him since he is blind.But he had that determination to achieve something in his life. So he started taking courses in testing field. Finally, he got selected in IBM and has a salary around 1 lakh. This was his journey. He shared his experience with students and definitely it made a difference in their lives. Many students express their gratitude to the organizers for arranging this interactive session. The program ended with a thank note from students
